Step 4: Within 24-48 hours will deal with the appeal, public holiday or some specific case will take a longer time.
Step 5: During the process of dispute, all the relevant asset to this trade will be frozen.
Step 6: During the process, please make sure PPbits support can always communicate to you. If not any losses will be bear by trader himself/herself.
