Step 1: Select “Trading problems” and click “Appeal”.
Step 2: Fill in the content, click “Confirm” to submit an Appeal.
1.When the appeal being handle, user will receive a message.
2. Any additional proof can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Within 24-48 hours will deal with the appeal, public holiday or some specific case longer time will be taken.
4. During the process of dispute, all the relevant asset to this trade will be frozen.
5. During the process, please make sure PPbits support can always keep in touch with you. If not, any losses will be bear by trader himself/herself.
